Which is better, the Chiffonade or Kuuleyn air mattress valve?

Will the Chiffonade valve fit my Intex mattress?

It will fit if your Intex mattress has a 42.8mm valve hole and is one of these 16 models: 66723, 66724, 66725, 68926, 66767, 66768, 66769, 66770, 69710, 66721, 66720, 67736, 66972, 66974, 69710, or 67716. I’d recommend measuring your existing valve hole first to make sure it’s between 42-43mm inside diameter. It is NOT compatible with Intex “2-in-1” valves or older model beds.

Is the Kuuleyn valve worth buying over the Chiffonade?

Honestly, I don’t think so for most people. The Kuuleyn costs more, has a lower 3.7 star rating from 19 reviews, and fits a less common 45mm hole size. The only reason I’d recommend it over the Chiffonade is if you specifically need a threaded inlet connection or your mattress has a 45mm opening that the Chiffonade won’t fit.

Do these valves prevent air leaks effectively?

Both valves include a plug cap designed to prevent air leaks, but I found the Chiffonade’s seal to be noticeably tighter during my testing. The Chiffonade product description specifically mentions it “provides a secure seal that avoid air leaks during inflation.” The Kuuleyn also claims anti-leak protection, but with its lower customer satisfaction rating, I trust the Chiffonade more for keeping your mattress inflated overnight.

Are these valves compatible with Intex 2-in-1 valves?

No, neither of these valves will work with Intex 2-in-1 valves. The Chiffonade product page explicitly states it is “NOT compatible with INTEX ‘2-in-1’ valves or older model beds.” Both of these are designed for the standard 3-in-1 valve system, so make sure you check your current valve type before purchasing either one.

How many valves come in the package?

Both the Chiffonade and the Kuuleyn include just 1 valve per package. The Chiffonade description says “The package includes 1pc air mattress plug,” and the Kuuleyn lists “Number of Pieces: 1” and “Unit Count: 1.0 Count.” If you need to replace multiple mattresses, you’ll need to buy one package for each valve you need.
